You probably already know that we have frequently been inspired not only by Japanese quality, but also by Eastern philosophy. Wabi-sabi is the Japanese philosophy of common sense. It is based on two principles: «Wabi» connotes rustic simplicity and quietness, while «sabi» refers to the serenity that comes with age. Nothing is eternal, nothing is complete, nothing is perfect — these are the central tenants of wabi-sabi.
